Linda came to The Forgotten Ones, Inc. one day and saw a pink flamingo lawn ornament she loved. Cindy gave Linda the pink flamingo because it was her birthday! Linda took the pink flamingo and had a birthday party, and held a raffle! She raised $25.00 and donated it back to The Forgotten Ones, Inc.! We also partner with Linda by providing food donations for needy families through her senior center for Winter Springs Elementary School. Thank you Linda for paying it forward, we appreciate your heartfelt generosity and support
AnniversaryCindy started the agency with a Resource Center and Thrift Store. She does not believe in turning anyone away who is willing to help themselves. She believes in cultivating hope, fellowship, and a hand-up to those in need. Through this philosophy, the agency has transformed over the last few years to serve more school-aged youth, young adults to age 30 years old, families, and seniors. Our mission has changed to provide to relief for disadvantaged young adults and families who need assistance with basic human needs. See more on our new website www.theforgottenonesinc.org
